The “Boy's Night Out” band began playing as a 3 piece band in 1985 playing Country, Country Rock. Original member's were Milt Pfohl, lead guitar and fiddle, Gary Dietzel bass guitar and vocals, Randy Smith drums and vocals. In 1986 we won the Band contest at the Boscobel Bowl in Boscobel,Wi. After a few years Gary decided to leave the group. That is when Kelly Erickson joined the group. There was a few years we added a 4th guy to the band, that was Rick Wieland on pedal steel. After several years Rick Wieland left the band and we went back to being a 3 piece band. In 2005 we took a couple years off as The Boy's Night Out. Randy and I played with The Rick Tittle Band for 2 years. Then Randy, Kelly and myself decided we had a lot of fun over the years. So we are back at it again, having even more fun than before..

Randy lives in Dubuque, is married to Lisa with 1 daughter and 1 grandson and works at Bio-Life in Dubuque, IA.
I'm Milt, married to Pam, 3 sons, 2 grandchildren (more on the way). I work at Deere as a CNC machinist.......
